Privacy & submissions
Information you share
Canada Sheli stores the information you submit to review directory listings, organizations and events, respond to messages, and maintain newsletter signup preferences. Your submission contact email is private and available only to the site owner. Public names, descriptions, phone numbers, websites, addresses and event details become visible only after approval.
Review and corrections
Basic listings are free. Submissions are subject to review and may be edited, declined or archived. A directory entry does not imply endorsement or a formal partnership. Confirm services, availability, pricing and event details directly with the provider. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, private event addresses or sensitive personal information.
Community updates
Newsletter signup requires explicit consent. To withdraw consent or request access, correction or removal of your information, use the Contact form and include the email associated with your request. No marketing emails are sent by the signup form itself.
Analytics and external services
Site analytics may count page views and approximate visitor locations, device types and referral categories. A first-party cookie may distinguish returning visitors for up to 90 days. IP addresses and full referral URLs are not stored in these reports. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Advertisements link through a click counter. External websites have their own privacy practices.
